Who We Are
David Duncan, AIA, is a registered architect based in Mid-Coast Maine who has completed over 230 new construction and renovation residential and small commercial projects throughout Connecticut, Long Island, NY, Massachusetts and Maine.

David is best known for his responsiveness to clients and a pragmatic approach to making clients’ dreams a reality. He works and communicates well with other key stakeholders involved in his clients’ projects, including contractors, interior designers and zoning officers/planning committees.
