Rustic Cabin to a Shingle Style House

Working within zoning and wetlands restrictions, a small cabin was expanded into a year round home with gracious family spaces. In-home offices were located in the third floor, ample second floor bedrooms were added and an in-law suite built above a two car garage. A geothermal/geoexchange heating and cooling system is part of the overall energy conservation strategy.
