The original 1950’s brick ranch house overlooking the Connecticut River was the inspiration for the renovations, additions and gardens. The house was reconfigured to include a ground floor master suite, along with open, family friendly spaces throughout. On the second floor, where the additions took place, are additional bedrooms, a common space and an outdoor deck. The house was completely upgraded and includes a geothermal/geoexchange heating and cooling system.
