This new home is located on indirect waterfront, thus the sweeping lawn down toward Long Island Sound. Flood zone restrictions and zoning ordinances were honored to create this 5,000 square foot shingle style home. It features an open ground floor plan, including a master suite with direct access to the pool and to a water side porch. Each of the second floor bedrooms has its own private bath and water views.
