Long Island Sound House

The property is severely constrained by wetlands, a flood zone and tight setbacks on all sides. It does however have spectacular views of Faulkner’s Island Lighthouse and nearby protected wetlands. Careful coordination of the plans with the topography and utilities made way for this 2,800 square foot home. The second floor is arranged for maximum privacy between the master bedroom and three guest bedrooms.
