Salt Marsh House

This new 4,400 square foot home overlooking the Neck River is designed with a traditional gambrel exterior. The interiors are open and have contemporary elements with an emphasis on the flow of family life. The design was constrained by a flood zone and restrictive zoning. The rooflines and general detailing help the house meet those requirements and fit into the neighborhood. The house is heated with geothermal/geoexchange heating and cooling and solar panels.
